Everything we offer is designed to fit into the lives of busy adults — a parent worried about their teenager's feed, a teacher updating a civics unit, a small-town board member trying to evaluate competing claims. Below are the four ways we typically work.
Two-hour or four-hour sessions for groups of 6–25. Held in libraries, schools, faith communities, and small businesses across the Flathead Valley and beyond. We bring printed handouts; you bring the room. Sliding-scale pricing for nonprofits.
60-minute private sessions, in person or by phone, for readers who want personalized help building a media diet, evaluating specific sources, or talking with family members about misinformation.
For teachers, librarians, and homeschool families: lesson plans, reading lists, and printable worksheets aligned with widely used media-literacy frameworks. Adaptable for grades 7–12 and adult learners.
Independent review of editorial sourcing practices for community newspapers, local newsletters, and small podcasts. Includes a written report with concrete, actionable recommendations.
Designed for parents and grandparents: tools for talking with younger family members about social media, online claims, and the difference between opinion and reporting.
Our printable guides, glossary, and reading lists are always free to download from this site. We believe foundational tools should never sit behind a paywall.
You email or call. We have a free 15-minute conversation to understand what you're looking for and decide whether we're the right fit.
If we proceed, you receive a one-page written proposal with scope, schedule, and a fixed price. Nothing begins until you say yes in writing.
We deliver the workshop, consultation, or document on the agreed date. You receive any printed or digital materials at the same time.
Two weeks later, we send a short follow-up email with additional resources and check whether anything new has come up. That follow-up is included.
We respond to every inquiry personally, usually within two business days.
